Enjoy all that Watch Hill has to offer — the Ocean House, the Flying Horse Carousel, St. Claire’s for ice-cream — or venture into downtown Westerly for live-music, great shops, dining and entertainment! 

Brand new furnishings, place settings, and decor complete this wonderful beach house.  The walk-out basement is perfectly setup for the younger crowd with a separate TV lounge and ping-pong area.  The exterior deck and spacious lawn provide ample room for outdoor activities. The house has a dedicated 'office' area with monitor & printer, just in case work calls! This beach house comes with three bicycles, four beach chairs, and a car pass for the Misquamicut Fire District Beach, along with another pass for the Watch Hill shopping area.  Come and relax in this pristine home near the beach.

BEACH ACCESS

We will provide you with a beach pass which is required to enter the private MFD beaches and must be returned at the end of your stay. In addition, we will provide a parking pass for the Watch Hill shopping area.

Lifeguards are on duty during the summer months. Restrooms are provided for your convenience. Pets are not permitted on the beach. 

The home is fully furnished, however, you'll need to bring your own beach towels.

 

The home will have no paper products, staple items, or cleaning materials apart from starters.
